Kingstone FAQs

The Kingstone Bible is a graphic adaptation of Scripture and we do not use any one version. We place Scripture at the bottom of the pages so readers can look up the accompanying Scripture in whatever version they use. We will sometimes utilize sentences or phrases from popular versions such as KJV, NKJV, NIV, ESV, TLB or HCSB but the Kingstone Bible is primarily a graphic adaptation and interpretation of Scripture.

The Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired by God and is God's revelation of Himself to man. It is a perfect treasure of divine instruction. It has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error, for its matter. Therefore, all Scripture is totally true and trustworthy. It reveals the principles by which God judges us, and therefore is, and will remain to the end of the world the true center of Christian union, and the supreme standard by which all human conduct, creeds, and religious opinions should be tried. All Scripture is a testimony to Christ, who is Himself the focus of divine revelation.

Yes. The graphic Bible has been vetted by many Bible scholars, pastors and people familiar with the Bible. We get high marks on Scriptural accuracy.

The Publisher of the Kingstone Bible and Kingstone Comics is Art Ayris, who has a 30-year history as a Southern Baptist pastor in a local church.

The publishing philosophy of Kingstone Comics would be best be in line with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.

Kingstone subscribes to and believes the physical evidence points to a younger earth view in regards a divine and unique generation of all created life. We further confirm the Scriptural admonition that mankind is created in the image of God.

Almost all of the Kingstone artists have previously worked with Marvel or DC. We used over 40 artists on the Kingstone Bible. We chose a western styled comic look instead of a manga or anime style. We felt the most complete graphic adaptation of Scripture ever done deserved the best artists we could afford. Kingstone is continuing to make adjustments to the graphic Bible and regularly generates new editions and comic art.

The Bible comics found under the "Bible" menu contain the same content that is found in the Trilogy. At times we may update content in the single contents that isn't yet reflected in the Trilogy. These changes will be reflected in the next reprint.

You will  receive your order in the mail through USPS in 5 to 10 business days depending on your option for standard shipping or priority and the seasonal volume. Up to 4 weeks for Hawaii and Alaska orders for media mail.

Shipping is calculated according to the weight and your option for standard or priority shipping. You can see the cost prior to making payment on your purchase in the shopping cart. Delivery will take anywhere between 5 to 10 business days, again depending on whether standard or priority except for some seasonal and weather delays.

If you purchased a product that could be downloaded to your PC or mobile device, you have access to that document as long as you have access to that device. It is your responsibility to store the download in a safe and secure place. You may backup the document to external storage but you may not distribute it in any way. If you purchased a product that was available to view online only, e.g., a “Flip Book,” an animated motion comic, etc., then we do not promise lifetime access to that product. It is your responsibility to store the Link PDF that was included with your purchase giving you access to the Flip Book or Motion Comic. We may, at our discretion, discontinue that particular product from our store. At that time, you could lose access to your purchase. There are no refunds for digital purchases.

We are located in Leesburg, Florida, about an hour from Disney.

Yes, we have requests for visits and tours so we provide tours for school group or families to meet the publisher, tour our facilities, see new products coming out and ask questions. The shipping office and 10,000 square foot warehouse and products facility is located 15 minutes away from the administrative and creative offices.

While most of our comics are aimed at older elementary, early teens, and above, they can always be used with younger children if you provide adult supervision and guidance. Our Bible comics don’t leave out any of the “tough” stories, e.g., Lot and his daughters or the bears attacking those who ridiculed Elisha, so parents, grandparents, and teachers will want to provide counsel when these stories are encountered.

COMICS RATING SYSTEM

• ALL AGES – Appropriate for all ages.
• T – Appropriate for most readers, but parents are advised that they might want to read before or with younger children.
• T+ TEENS AND UP – Appropriate for teens 13 and above.
• PARENTAL ADVISORY – Appropriate for 15 and up. Similar to T+, but featuring more mature themes and/or more graphic imagery. Recommended for teen and adult readers.

Please note that all of our comics are rated “ALL AGES” unless otherwise specified in
the product description.
