America Part One

This is a very deeply moving piece of art! We absolutely loved this and had the AWESOME timing of it arriving as we were driving away for a Family Trip. We all read outloud, laughed, cried, and were SO moved by this. I cannot begin to imagine the level of collaboration that went into this. We appreciate every moment of it! A MUST HAVE!

I cant wait to use this as a companion for kur History curriculum. What a fun way to learn History!

Honestly, one of the best comic series I've ever read. I typically read more adult fare: fantasy, sci-fi, history, horror, war, etc. Long-form omnibus graphic novel type stuff. These fit right in. They are definitely intended as a series and meant to be read in the above listed order. I read the entire comic set with my seven year old by his request. He also loves 'Nathan Hale's Hazardous Tales' and the 'I Survived' series of graphic novels. These comics were fantastically illustrated with vibrant color and thoroughly well-written. Hard recommend. Good for old, young, those who claim to know history, and those who don't. I'm considering picking up this omnibus and gifting the comics to a friend. Alternatively, you could buy the 'Classroom Bundle' which has the three additional titles, 'Forging', 'The Constitution', and 'Stars and Stripes'. But hard to pass up this single volume omnibus given the story-arc of contents.

I'm a bit of a history buff and this was a great read where I learned a lot and was entertained by the art and storytelling! Another home run from Kingstone. Can't wait for part 2!

I can't explain enough how easy it is to have your child, like my daughter (age 11) want to learn about the History of our Nation.

Love this book and can't wait for the America Part Two to come out we will buy it for sure!
