Since you purchased Route Shipping Protection, you can submit a claim with them to get a replacement. If you need assistance submitting a claim, please contact the support email at the bottom of your order confirmation. We'd be happy to assist you. Our shipping department packages does its best to protect your purchases but once they leave our warehouse they may not receive the care they should.
